Your places are secured upon receipt of your *deposit/full payment.
      *deposit or full payment for 'Private Class', full payment for 'Scheduled Group Class'
  • Payment Options:

    • Visa or Mastercard – Secure Credit card payments are processed by EWAY – one of the leading payment gateways in Australia. The payment form is submitted directly to the bank and the receipt will be emailed to you when the credit card is successfully charged. 

    • Direct Deposit  ( This is available for those who are unable to make credit card payment online )

Cancellations for ' Scheduled Group Class '

Cancellation fee $20 per person will be charged if cancelled more than 14 days prior to the scheduled classes,  a refund of remaining balance will be provided. 

Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the scheduled classes are non-refundable, however you are welcome to send someone in your place.

In the unlikely event that a class does not reach minimum numbers, or due to unforeseen  circumstances, we reserve the right to change the date of the class or cancel. If this occurs, a full refund of will be provided.

Cancellations for ' Private Class '

Cancellation fee $20 per group with more than 14 days notice

Cancellation fee $100 per group with 4~13 days notice

Cancellation less than 3 days notice are non- refundable

Change of booked date/time for ' Private Class '

There is no charge to change the date/time if 14 days notice is provided. *only available ONCE.

It has to be rebooked within 30days of the original booked day.

Please contact Junko to make this arrangement.

*$20 processing fee applies if changing the date/time with 4~13 days notice

Change of number of participants for ' Private Class '

If you like to add more people to your private group, please contact Junko at least 7 days prior to the booked class, and make additional payment accordingly.

If you like to reduce number of people in your private group, please contact Junko at least 7 days prior to the booked class to avoid any charge. The payment adjustment (refund) will be made accordingly.

Change of Cooking Class (menu) for ' Private Class '

Cooking Class can be changed to other class if 14 days notice is provided, free of charge.

eg: 'Gyoza' class  ⇨ 'Izakaya' class 

Gift Vouchers 

Gift vouchers are valid for 3months after purchase, and are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash.

NOTE:  Any cancellation due to "COVID-19 restrictions issued by Western Australia Government " will incur NO CANCELLATION FEE.

Delivery Policy

Booking can be made up to 90 days in advance and the payment needs to be made at the time of the booking if paying by credit card.  The Direct Deposit payment has to be made within 3days after the booking.  We will send a notification email confirming the booking once payment has been made.

Personal information provided when booking classes such as your name, email address, contact phone number, this information is used to fulfill your purchase requests for products and services and to assist in improving our services, advertising to our clients.

The information is also collected when people join our mailing list. We may use your information to provide you with special offers, information about new classes that we think may interest you.
